It therefore becomes a sign of a supernatural intelligence and foreordination of him as the US president.

The number 4 biblically representing the fourth man in the fire (in the book of Daniel) during the Babylonian Empire, who quenched the heat of the flames, supernaturally enabling the 3 Hebrews who were cast therein to survive unhurt.

America being a cursed nation, since their actions are tacit challenges to the Almighty to "destroy them if He can" - He will, but there must first be a lull before the storm.

Therefore, to achieve this "lull" there must needs be a 4th man to lengthen the tranquility of that nation (i.e. quench the flames of wrath).

He could neither be black nor white since both races are guilty and corrupt. His element of African descent, dates back to the African who helped Christ bear His Cross.

Naturally, in lengthening tranquility, his character should conduct respect even from that nation's former worste foes.
